The Ecommerce Customer Service Manager is responsible for the tasks, performance, & productivity of the customer service team & order fulfillment support team along with providing leadership & guidance.
Education / Certification(s)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience For The Ecommerce Customer Service Manager
Typically 3-5 or more years experience in customer service, team training, and management experience
