As a HHG Move Coordinator, whether moving across the street, to another state or cross country, your most important job function will be to assist the client throughout the move process and ensure a smooth, efficient and stress-free experience.
- Achieve and maintain established high quality service standards
- Provide ongoing internal and external relocation support
- Act as primary liaison for customer between client, operations, sales and billing team
- Customer Service; Regular customer contact and support in utilizing our services including the ability to effectively communicate by email or phone with the customer to complete necessary documents required to coordinate a residential or organizational move
- Back-office support on managing the life of a file (order creation, estimate development, order registration and file completion)
- Manage a caseload of relocating customers
- Interact closely with the moving team in preparation of the customer’s goods.
- Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removing and loading of customer’s goods.
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team.
- High school diploma
- Two years of previous customer service experience preferred
- Relocation, transportation or household good industry experience preferred
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem resolution and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Ability to successfully work in a fast paced and evolving business
- Ability to effectively work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to learn and navigate industry specific technologies
