Meyer's of Syracuse is seeking self-driven RV/Boat Technician who can diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, and overhaul recreational vehicles and/or boats. RV/Boat Technicians must be able to diagnose errors or technical problems and determine technical solutions.
Pay ranges from $18 - $24 an hour and is based on RV technician experience.
RV/Boat Technician Responsibilities:
- Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair service to customer’s unit.
- Keep shop Forman updated on work progress
- Maintain a clean and safe work area for customers and coworkers
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Ensure that final work meets quality standards and is inspected by shop Forman or supervisor.
RV/Boat Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the RV, Automotive Industry with an emphasis on repairs and installations is desired.
- Hands on experience.
- Physical Endurance.
- Electrical experience.
- Ability to understand and communicate information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
