What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at MFC?

We are seeking an experienced and professional Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as an Office Manager and possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, clerks, and other office personnel.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Manage office budgets, expenses, and financial records, including putting payments into the CRM system.

  • Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory, and liaise with vendors for maintenance and procurement.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and manage office calendar.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.

  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle paperwork, phone calls, and scheduling as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
  • Experience with HR-related tasks and compliance.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
