Office Management
- Manage MGP Corporate Phone lines, directing calls as appropriate
- Coordinate Corporate and Plant mail by picking up at post office and distributing.
- Greet MGP guests in a professional and positive manner
- Maintain and order office supplies, copy paper, postage meter supplies, fed-ex supplies, and business cards.
Recruitment Coordination
- Administer pre-employment testing for operational positions.
- Coordinate and schedule assessment testing for non-bargaining personnel.
- Schedule phone interviews and on-site interviews
- Collect and prepare interview documentation for evaluation by interview team
- Schedule and plan new employee orientations
Employee Engagement
- Plan employee engagement events from start to finish. Work cross-functionally to ensure all faucets of the events are planned and executed in accordance with event goals.
- Oversee employee clothing programs. Coordinating with vendors and MGP management, inventorying, and distributing clothing according to program requirements.
- Order employee gifts in accordance with company policy.
Human Resources Coordination
- Maintain and update data within our HR information system ensuring a high degree of accuracy
- Coordinate Employee Communication Campaigns supporting all MGP Locations.
- Prepare and maintain personnel and payroll records for all present and past employees of MGPI Processing, Inc.
- Maintain MGP and ME Intranet site with up-to-date information
- Process Verification of Employment requests
- Prepare FMLA paperwork
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience (College degree can be substituted for experience)
- Previous experience in Human Resource related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills and presentation skills
