Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Service Coordinator. In this position you will be a key team member in delivering our exceptional service. This fast paced and interactive position uses technology and the personal touch every day. Our Service Coordinators are responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, prioritizing schedule of technicians, following up on all customer issues and processing billing on a timely basis.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming service requests via phone, email, customer portals and internal customers
- Effectively prioritize the workflow daily (call coverages, daily service reports, customer follow-ups)
- Process quoted repairs for national accounts
- Investigate the arrival of parts for incomplete repairs and proactively communicate their ETAs with the customers
- Interact with our technicians throughout the day regarding job completion and ensure they are properly supplied with guidelines and materials.
- Schedule Plan Maintenance Work
- Run forklift maintenance reports and monitor/schedule services
- Process billing, review and resolve open work orders
- Ability to take ownership of every service call until it is billed in a timely manner
- Properly communicate and empathize with customer’s service requirements and needs.
- Abide by different customer purchase order guidelines as applicable for accurate billing
- Must be well organized and able to multi-task.
Education and Training
- HS Diploma
- Computer skills – Internet, e-mail, Excel and Word.
