Mi Casa Child Center is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Director to lead our team of childcare professionals in providing high-quality care and education to children. The successful candidate must have a growth mindset and a positive attitude, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and leadership.
- Oversee all operations of the center, including managing staff, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that supports the growth and development of all children and staff
- Maintain positive relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders
