What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Researcher position at Mi-Tech?
Mi-Tech has a current opening for a full-time Title Researcher in the State of Wisconsin. Responsibilities:
- On-line Title Research using Laredo, Tapestry, and other methods of On-line research
- Potential Courthouse research to find existing easements, latest deeds, Road Right-of-Way information, Survey maps and other mapping information
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of right of way experience working in Title Research preferred.
- On-Line and courthouse research along with real estate principle knowledge required.
- Candidate must have the ability to interpret basic legal property and easement descriptions
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel
