Description
The Operations Trainer will be responsible for the delivery of training to our clinical staff in alignment with delivering superior patient care. The Operations Trainer will work closely with the Director of Operations and Office Managers to ensure care and services are delivered effectively, consistently, and satisfactorily across our clinics.
Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducts frequent clinic visits to provide training for newly hired Front Desk Receptionists, Finance Coordinators, Pre-Operative Coordinators and Post-Operative Coordinators
- Facilitates and leads education and continuing professional development of Front Desk Receptionists, Finance Coordinators, Pre-Operative Coordinators and Post-Operative Coordinators across our clinics
- Undertakes Front Desk Coordinators, Finance Coordinators, Pre-Operative Coordinators and Post-Operative Coordinators duties as and when appropriate according to the demands of the business
- Promotes a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient and customer care through research and evidence-based clinical practice

Requirements
- Strong leadership skills including change management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional coaching skills
- Detailed oriented, team player, and ability to adapt to various work environments
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors or higher in business, healthcare or complementary degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Training Delivery position
- Experience with Care Credit and Alphaeon is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending and reaching low or overhead
- Must be able to lift up to 10 – 20 pounds at time
- Category I exposure to bloodborne pathogens
Travel Requirements:
- At least 50% local and out of state travel required
