About the Digital SEM/Marketing Manager position:
This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and translates marketing strategies into compelling ads that increase sales and create brand leadership. The successful candidate is a natural storyteller with digital advertising experience who can embody our target demographic and help us get the word out so we can forward our mission. 💖
Overview:
Develop, implement, and/or optimize effective online campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, and expand sales both online and in-store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive content for all paid social media advertising
- Work with team to design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Maintain content calendar
- Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic with a goal of e-commerce conversions
- Research market to identify new opportunities
- Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels (voice and visual)
- Use customer feedback and campaign results to assist with campaign development
- Establish a strong, long-term web presence
Skills / Competencies
Required:
- 5 years experience in digital marketing and analytics
- Thorough, demonstrable understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and web design
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and budget
- Work samples for review (prior employer identifiers removed)
Preferred:
- Experience with web building tools like WordPress, Shogun, Shopify, etc.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Sketch, and video editing software
- An understanding of the elements of a profitable e-commerce operation
- UI or UX design experience
- Basic website building and a general understanding of HTML/CSS
- Luxury brand experience (B2C) effortlessly matches MiaDonna’s branding style
- Comfort writing your own copy
Education
BA degree or equivalent experience in, marketing, digital marketing, social marketing, IT, visual communications or a related field
