The Deputy Sheriff is responsible for:
Performing general law enforcement duties in the protection of life and property.
Patrolling.
Enforcing all laws and ordinances.
Securing compliance with traffic violations and investigations.
Safety/security of court hearings.
Serving civil process. Safety/security of the jail.
Securing crime scenes and working investigations. Investigation of crimes.
