Database Marketing Manager

SUMMARY: Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of Gaming Marketing initiatives including Player Segmentation, Reward Tier Analysis, New Sign-Up Tracking, Post Forma Analysis, and reporting of Top Players, New Players, Inactive Players, and Reactivated Players.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage the direct mail program and make recommendations
• Create queries and reports.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Analyze and interpret data to translate into actionable recommendations and assist decision making.
• Lead the evaluation of the performance of gaming database marketing strategies to insure re-investment rates are maintained and achieve acceptable profit margins.
• Identify areas of concern and provide analysis and research to determine the best course of action based on findings.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Compile monthly reports that include volume and revenue figures.
• Perform basic statistical analyses and reports.
• Compile and present VIP Player Reports
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports, assist in special analysis projects as required by management.
• Manage the work of Database support staff
• Ability to work on multiple high priority projects concurrently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follows GuestPath Universal Service Standards, Operational Service Standards, and SERVE expectations at all times.
• Performs duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
• Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
