Job Description
The Construction Administrator assists the Project Manager and is involved in all phases of construction projects.
Some responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance to the Project Manager/Executive Team for the Pre-Construction and Construction phase.
- Provide assistance to the Procurement Agent for the Buyout phase.
- Accounts payable and closeout paperwork
The Successful Applicant
- Construction administrative experience - 1-3 years'
- Proficiency with Microsofit Office
- Procore experiencep preferred (not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational ability
- Full time, salaried positon (salary dependent on experience)
- Healthcare insurance (health, dental, vision, etc.)
