About Our Client
Our client is a privately-owned manufacturer of custom metal fabricated products that are used in a variety of industries like fluid-power applications, construction, machinery, and more. They currently have jsut over 100 employees and 2 facilities that allow them to service the eniter continental United States. Revenue has continued to grow each year for the last 5 years by 10 % and has lead increase bonus payouts for their employees and opportunity to expand operations & opportunities for advancement.
Job Description
Define manufacturing processes to produce quality products with a focus on safety and market competitiveness
3D design and detailing of fixtures and custom tools in SolidWorks to support production and company growth
Develop and support efficient, controlled and consistent methods to share and maintain Department documentation
Utilize ERP system to retrieve and maintain production information on existing parts
Provide technical support to production areas
Project management of process improvement and development programs
Be a leader and lead by example, maintaining a supportive presence on the production floor
Collaborate with Design Engineering on new products
Provide process steps and associated setup and run rates in support of the Estimating Team
For new products, assist in entering process steps and rates within the ERP system

The Successful Applicant
3 years in a industrial and metal fabrication environment
Knowledge of metal fabrication - welding, bending, forming, etc..
ERP system experience
Fixture/Tooling design experience in CAD
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
What's on Offer
Base Salary $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
