This recruiter will be responsible for the full spectrum of the recruiting process including creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates, and seeking out new candidate sources while representing and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain talent who contribute to our company's culture and growth.

Description
- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to fill current and future labor needs. Including interview scheduling, candidate follow up, and providing weekly recruiting updates.
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process. This would include reviewing resumes, phone screening, video interviews, in-person meetings.
- Maintain and organize all communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, from the moment they apply, up to a new hires first 90 days.
- Oversee internal and external communication.
- Actively seek out hiring events and participate in job fairs, seminars, and relevant community events to network with potential candidates and build talent pool.
Profile
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve recruitment challenges proactively.
- Skilled in developing innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent.
- Strong negotiation skills, capable of securing competitive offers and favorable terms for candidates and the company.
- Proven ability to persuade, motivate, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Canadian recruiting experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet recruitment objectives.
- Capable of delivering independent results, managing tasks, and priorities without constant supervision.
- 2/3 years of relevant experience as a Logistics Recruiter.
