Duties:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings and provide guidance to clients on market trends and pricing, using provided resources
- Assist clients in negotiating offers and drafting purchase agreements, with the assistance of a Transaction Coordinator and Team Lead
- Coordinate property closings and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Stay updated on real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and property management practices through continuing education
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote properties through various marketing channels
- Drive sales by actively seeking out new clients and networking within the community
Experience:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management principles, and the ability to use resources and technology to reference them.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated success in sales and customer service
- Proficiency in operational tasks and attention to detail
