Production Operators are responsible for: Following all safety procedures and work methods while maintaining productivity and quality levels; Actively participating as a member of a high-performance team; and Meeting all daily customer and business expectations. Job Requirements: Capable of working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends; Able to work in a team or autonomously (with little supervision); and Able to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment. Successful candidates demonstrate a dedication to working safely, strong communication skills, the ability to solve problems to maintain production flow and an ability to learn and to teach others.
