Job Description

Our office is growing and we are looking to bring on a new insurance sales assistant to fit into our close-knit office! As an insurance sales assistant you assist our team in reaching out to families in our community so we can help them with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business and cross sell production goals and objectives as established.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements

• Must have prior sales or assistant experience.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but is not required if you have prior sales experience.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach able.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be highly self-motivated.

Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
