Parts Specialist

Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems is the region’s leading second-stage manufacturer of heavy equipment. We are looking to add a detail-oriented and experienced Parts Specialist to our team who is passionate about delivering a high-quality of customer-service. If this sounds like you, we'd like to talk to you!

As a Parts Specialist, you will:

• Actively works with the service department and branch manager to ensure open communication and confidence in the parts sales process.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and additional information when needed.
• Look up, locate, and stock parts.
• Assist in maintaining store inventory processes, including putting away truck deliveries
• Responsible for the accuracy of all invoicing.
• Assists with business development by adding new customers, and maintaining an existing customer base

• 2-3 years of industrial equipment parts experience
• Knowledge of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses
• Experience with Dealer Management System preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a DOT physical, including drug screening

Salary : $20 - $25
