Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and business development. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Track and report on sales activities and progress towards goals using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical sales, outside sales, or account management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
