## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the service department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. ## Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control - Supervise service technicians and provide guidance and support as needed - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and set goals ## Qualifications - Prior experience in automotive service or related field is required - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively - Knowledge of brake repair, auto body repair, and suspension systems - Experience in service writing and cash handling - Familiarity with sales processes within a service environment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail If you are a motivated individual with a passion for automotive service and customer satisfaction, we invite you to apply for the Service Manager position.
