What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Midas?
Hiring an experienced auto repair and tire shop store manager. Candidate will be responsible for managing store in a manner which reaches goals and budgets while delivering the most efficient and utmost customer service. Must have successful sales experience in auto repairs as well as experience managing mechanics and bay management.
Candidate can expect to work 56 hours per week and no Sundays. Candidate must be professional, clean cut, excellent communicator, great personality, and hard work ethic. You must be able to work in chaotic and stressful environment.
