Overview:
As the Regional Maintenance & Construction Manager you are a true leader overseeing the performance of maintenance operations of multi-family properties including the physical condition of all communities, coordination of all preventative maintenance programs, evaluation of programs, employee safety, maintenance policies, and procedures for properties under your supervision.
What You’ll Do:
Maintenance:
- Provide technical and operational support to maintenance and operational teams
- Work directly with the C.E.O and the Leadership Management team to implement company and ownership goals for each property including maximizing revenue and controlling expenses
- Ensure the turn-key and service operations operate efficiently and effectively
- Implement RPM's preventative maintenance program
- Troubleshoot and take the lead on larger maintenance-related issues while identifying life safety, employee safety, and physical hazards on-site and providing corrective solutions
- Ensure properties are operating following all federal, state, and local requirements, including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, NFPA, electrical and building codes, and company policies
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding maintenance teams and developing a mentoring program
- Ensure maintenance team members complete required training and assist in developing and facilitating additional training
- Conduct hands-on maintenance training for all maintenance associates
- Ensure all purchasing requirements are met according to Middleton Meyers Accounting procedures
Construction:
- Lead and manage the Construction Supervisor
- Oversee and track the progress of all construction jobs performed by Middleton Meyers Construction Services, LLC (MMCS)
- Responsible for invoicing all construction jobs performed by MMCS
- Assist HR and Construction Supervisor with interviewing and onboarding new hires
What You’ll Need:
- 5 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager in the multi-family industry
- Must have proven organizational training skills
- Possess strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self-Motivator
- Goal Driven
- Detail Oriented
- Real Page knowledge and MS Office experience including Excel
- EPA & CPO certification
- Employment with MMM LLC is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid driver’s license

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
