What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA - PRN position at Midland Care Connection?
If you are a CNA who enjoys working with the elderly and helping them stay as independent as possible - this position may be for you! Midland Care PACE CNA's provide patient care to our elderly participants. Care may be provided in both the clinic and community settings.
Midland Cares Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.
Employment Status: PRN/as needed
Typical Hours of Employment: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am-5:00 pm Hours vary
Qualifications
Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification. Must possess a valid Kansas Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy, if driving is required. Availability of reliable transportation may be required for this position. If driving is required, the employee must be at least 21 years of age or older, as required by insurance company underwriting standards. Have a minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.
Preferred: One year experience preferred.
