Qualifications:
- Current Texas license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
