```Duties```
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety compliance
- Collaborate with project team members to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficient in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, Prolog, etc.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, and contract management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
