What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Midtown Dermatology?
Candidates must demonstrate the maximum level of organization and multi-tasking abilities in an extremely technological savvy office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to greeting patients, providing information, entering demographic and insurance information into an Electronic Medical Record system, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Communicating effectively with internal departments and external clients. Scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and dispersing incoming electronic faxes. The Candidate must display exceptional communication skills while demonstrating the ability to use several different Microsoft office products. Bilingual is a PLUS. Previous Medical Office Experience preferred. Timeliness and attention to detail are required. Previous medical office experience is preferred, but not required. This position will also double as a potential call center position.

Pay: $11.00 - $17.50 per hour
