We are looking for a highly capable service desk analystto assess and optimize the performance of our enduser IT systemsand software.

You will be analyzing the performance of IT systemsresolving IT equipment and software issues and providing IT supportto our clients and personnel.

To ensure successas a service desk analyst you should exhibit sound knowledge of ITsystem analysis and experience in an IT support role.

A firstclassservice desk analyst will be someone whose IT expertise results inenhanced enduser support and system performance.

Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities :

  • Testing and analyzing IT system and softwareperformance.
  • Resolving incoming client andpersonnel IT queries remotely via email and phone or at theoffice.
  • Prioritizing and resolving IT concernsand escalating serious issues to relevantstakeholders.
  • Avoiding service interruptions byperforming system installations updates and maintenanceprocedures.
  • Preparing training manuals and FAQmaterials for easyaccess enduserguidance.
  • Documenting processes and maintainingservice desk records.
  • Making recommendations tooptimize IT performance and to prevent futureproblems.
  • Collaborating with internaldepartments to ensure that IT needs aremet.
  • Keeping informed of advancements inIT.

Service Desk AnalystRequirements :

  • Associates orbachelors degree in computer science information systems orsimilar.
  • At least two years experience in an ITperformance analysis and enduser supportrole.
  • Indepth and current knowledge of computerprograms and hardware.
  • Proficiency in customerrelationship management (CRM) and task managementsoftware.
  • Exceptional analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Advanced collaborationcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
