What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surgery Scheduler position at Midwest Eye Care?
In this role you will:
- Schedule, educate and counsel patients for surgery by phone.
- Work closely with our ophthalmologists and the clinical teams.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships within the MEC team.
- Focus on providing outstanding customer service while being organized and detail orientated.

- Set daily schedule is 8:00am-5:30pm, with one week a month 7:30am-4:00pm.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. All job offers are conditioned upon the satisfactory results of a background check, education verification and urine-based drug testing. An applicant who has received a conditional job offer cannot begin working at MEC until the results from the background check, education verification and lab tests are reviewed and approved.
