Managing Partner
Job Summary:
The Managing Partner is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Midwest Home Design. This includes managing the sales team, managing accounts, and ensuring that all Midwest Home Design products are being sold in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role is also responsible for managing the company’s salesforce and ensuring that all salespeople are training and prepared to close. The Managing Partner will also be responsible for managing the company’s marketing efforts, including managing the company’s social media presence, and ensuring that all marketing materials are being delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and manage the sales team.
- Manage accounts with existing clients.
- Manage all marketing communications with current clients.
- Manage all product development projects.
- Manage all marketing initiatives, including new product launches.
- Ensure that all Midwest Home Design products are being sold in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure that Midwest Home Design products are being used by people in a positive way.
- Ensure that Midwest Home Design products are being used by people who are being paid fairly for their work.
- Ensure that Midwest Home Design products are being used by people who have been hired, promoted, compensated, or otherwise treated differently from other people who do not use Midwest Home Design products.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or management of sales teams at a Roofing-related organization or similar business model. The candidate should be able to work independently and manage time efficiently while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality service to our clients. The candidate should be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, both with internal staff and with our external customers. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency while closing deals to meet our sales goals. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency while meeting our customer acquisition goals to ensure we meet or exceed our goals for revenue growth each quarter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
