Project Coordinator – Contract Furniture Dealership

The Position:
We are looking for quality, reliable individuals to join our team as a Project Coordinator at Midwest Office Interiors – a division of Warehouse Direct.
- Work closely with Sales and Design team to provide excellent customer experience.
- Order processing; includes accurate pricing, quote generation and order placement.
- Monitor project progress by checking acknowledgements, tracking shipments, and communicating important dates to the project team.
- Coordination of project delivery and furniture installation schedule.
- Project closeout such as resolution of punchlist and warranty items.
Must Have:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 2020 Technologies / CAP Worksheet
- Team Design (previous experience a plus, but will train)
