E-Commerce Associate

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for streamlining e-commerce activities. Your strong digital marketing skills is a plus in identifying new market opportunities and preparing promotional campaigns. You should also monitor website content to ensure that it is easy to navigate and visually appealing. As a part of your job role, you will be coordinating with the E-Commerce team in planning promotional offers and product discounts.

Midwest Water Sports was been called out as one of the Top 100 Marine Dealers 14 times. We represent MasterCraft, Supra, Moomba, and Monterey Boas and have 4 e-commerce domains, multiple marketplaces, and 2 physical locations in Crystal and Minnetonka, Minnesota. This position would see some time at each location. We are passionate about water sports and the lake lifestyle. As one of the largest water sports specialty retailers in the world, there is plenty of room to grow professionally as well as financially.

Responsibilities

· Updating, monitoring, and managing, website content such as product listings, part look up updates, etc.

· Ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly

· Assisting the Marketing department and E-Commerce Manager in developing promotional campaigns

· Ensuring hassle-free consumer shopping experience

· Coordinating with the pro shop to ensure website changes/updates are rolled out on time

· Utilizing SEO techniques to monitor and generate organic website traffic

· Collaborating with marketing for social media and promotional campaigns

· Monitoring the performance of promotional campaigns

· Identifying and resolving customer queries and project roadblocks

Requirements

· Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Good communication skills

· Problem solving ability

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools especially Excel

· Ability to work collaboratively with other departments

· Highly motivated and holding a positive attitude

Pay: $48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
