Our team is growing! Mifflinburg Bank and Trust has a position open for a Credit Analyst to join our lending team.
Essential Duties:
- Analyzes data on prospective and active borrowing accounts, i.e., financial statements and agency reports.
- May make recommendations to appropriate personnel on the granting or denying of loans; prepares sufficient information to document recommendations, if assigned to a lending function.
- Provides thorough documentation of all financial analysis work, including ratios and other related information.
- Ensures that all credit analysis activities are conducted in accordance with prescribed lending policy.
- Assists with management of loan risk ratings system.
- Completes annual reviews (credit, cash flow and collateral analysis) on the loan customers.
- Performs Auto Floorplan analysis.
- Performs residential, commercial, and agricultural appraisal reviews.
- Manages loan financial analysis software.
Requirements
Education/Training: A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field of study normally required; specialized bank lending/agricultural lending education/training.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related experience normally required.
