Automotive experience and CRM experience are pluses but not requirements, because we will train you to be successful.
Duties include but not limited to:
Answering incoming leads in a timely fashion by customer’s provided contact information.
Following up with previously received leads to provide customers with information on vehicles requested.
Setting firm appointments so our sales team can assist the customers once they arrive.
Following up with any missed appointments to get customers to come in.
Being the first voice that customers hear, setting the proper first impression to solidify a working relationship with Mike Reichenbach
Following up on sold customers for customer satisfaction purposes.
Consistently taking part in regular training sessions to stay sharp
Adhering to schedule, being reliable to keep the flow in the department going.
Competitive pay includes hourly rate, plus a generous commission package, with additional bonuses available.
