Our dealership is looking for a qualified, ambitious, and goal oriented BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to join our team. We strive for this leader to have a passion for people. We want to create the ultimate experience within our organization for both employees and customers.
In this position, you are responsible for hiring, training, and developing the representatives who connect with potential buyers online. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the department including supervising the handling of internet leads and inbound phone calls, as well as customer retention for both sales and service. The goal is to meet customers where they are in their shopping journey and assist them with their purchase.
Your team will connect with our online guests via phone, text, email, chat, and video. Organizational skills along with effectively managing our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool is key for the BDC Manager position as well.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Hire and train customer service representatives
- Set goals and quotas around the behaviors and results we strive for
- Analyze current sales data and look for areas to improve
- Assist with Digital Marketing efforts when needed
- Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
- Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
- Strive for continual improvement in the BDC and the company as a whole
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Automotive sales and outbound calling experience
- Management and leadership skills
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong email and phone presence is necessary
- Compensation is based on experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
