2nd Shift Barrel Grind Operator - Mount Orab, OH

Milacron is looking for a 2nd Shift Barrel Grind Operator to join our team in Mt. Orab, Ohio. As a Barrel Grind Operator you will be responsible for setting up and operating finish grinders, maintaining fluid levels in machines, cleaning machines and work area, and documenting tolerances held.

What you’ll do:

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start production cycle Control and adjust machine settings Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools Test operation of machines periodically Check output for any machine related mistakes or flaws Keep records of approved and defective final products Other duties may beassigned

Basic Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Great to Haves:

Technical schooling preferred Proven experience as a finish grind operator or machine operator preferred Prior experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals Mechanical aptitude and good math skills Attention to detail
