Responsibilities:
· Order Management:
o Process incoming orders accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies, pricing, and terms.
o Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, supply-chain, operation, production, shipping, engineering) and external partners to ensure order fulfillment.
o Monitor order status, inventory levels, and shipment tracking; provide timely updates to customers and resolve issues or delays.
o Manage customer inquiries and requests related to orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
o Generate and analyze order-related reports to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
o Participate in SIOP weekly meetings between the outside sales team and internal teams on production capability and delivery schedules.
o Utilize CRM and CSM tools effectively.
· Customer Support (RMA Process):
o Relay customer inquiries, RMA requests, and feedback to the appropriate personnel promptly.
o Work closely with the RMA team to provide necessary data and documentation for the return process.
o Process RMA-related orders, ensuring all documentation (RMA numbers, return labels, shipping instructions) is accurate; coordinate with the shipping team for returns and replacements.
o Participate in regular RMA management meetings, sharing insights and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
· Quotation:
o Collaborate with sales executives to develop and execute sales strategies, including quotation preparation, prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing deals.
Essential Knowledge/Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and clients.
· Proficiency with computers and office software.
· Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded, and committed personality.
· Fluent in written and verbal English.
Qualification Standards:
- Applicant may be rejected if it is determined s/he has been convicted of a felony or offense against property.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience. Other qualifications may be identified as determined by the President or his/her designee.
- Experience in the Semiconductor industry knowledge is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
