What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCaBA position at Miles ABA Services?
This position is seeking a BCaBA with experience in working with schools and other community settings. A candidate must have good communication skills, strength in problem solving, a strong understanding of behavior principles. Experience in teaching behavior principles are a plus.
Behavior analysts will
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
Design and monitor implementation of treatment plans
Provide training and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct group trainings and supervisions
Provide family and caregiver trainings
Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence and Reliability for our staff and families.
Qualifications:
Certified BCBA or BCaBA in good standing
Must obtain Washington behavior analyst license (LABA/LBA)Â prior to start date
Strong assessment and organizational skills
Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
Solid communication
 Valid driver’s license
4 hours AIDS training
CPR Certified
 Pass a thorough background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
