BCBA Essential Duties:
- Coordinates and monitors all applied behavior analysis intervention services, quality of services, and duration of services.
- Responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of intensive behavior therapy programs for children with autism.
- Completes and monitors clinical assessments, evaluations and intervention services.
- Communicates effectively with parents, peers, consumers, and supervisor.
- Prepares, updates and maintains all documentation and records.
- Ensures compliance with Medicaid/managed care regulations and all other regulations that pertain to privacy and funding sources.
- Monitors and develops staff development and training for staff.
- Demonstrates clinical, case management, and professionalism competencies
- Organization, collection, and analysis for data collection systems.
- staff training in methods of applied behavior analysis.
- Observation and evaluation of parent and staff therapy techniques.
The focus will be on providing Consultative Assessment Services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, while coordinating aspects of Functional Behavioral Assessments, Creation of Safety Plans and Behavioral Support Plans. You will develop behavioral strategies and monitor the efficacy of individuals in service, in conjunction with Milestones Clinical team, and Coordinators. Then coordinate with the Milestones team to train our Direct Support Professionals in these strategies, safety plans, and Behavior Support Plans.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification, and nationally certified a plus.
- At least 1 year ABA experience
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Child Psych
- Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.)
- Display excellent clinical competence and judgment; the ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Ability to train and supervise RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
- Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers
- Respect for cultural diversity and capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity
- Excellent written and verbal skills; detail-oriented
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
Wage is negotiable

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
