Must have a min of 3 years NEW CAR/PRE OWNED SALES MANAGER EXPERINCE

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product launches
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize sales revenue
- Monitor competitors' activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a technical or B2B environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions based on insights
- Strong negotiation skills for closing deals and securing profitable contracts
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $185,000.00 per year
