Milhouse Engineering & Construction, Inc. and CTR have partnered to provide program management, engineering, PMIS support, and construction management services to the Chicago Department of Water Management (CDWM) in Chicago, Illinois. As part of the CTR program team supporting the CDWM Capital Improvement Program, CTR oversees program cost and schedule management. The primary responsibility of the program controls analyst is to provide financial and schedule analysis for various disciplines of CDWM’s capital improvement program. Since a significant portion of the position involves communication with internal and external team members and stakeholders, strong written and verbal communication skills are critical to success. Additionally, the position requires a high level of ability to develop and maintain cost and schedule reports utilizing data mining techniques.
