Description
Our Report Coordinator is responsible for coordinating report production, liaising with senior members of the team, and ensuring the on-time delivery of reports.
Responsibilities
- Provide regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports using the information stored in database and applications.
- Maintain user access to customer facing website and establish new user credentials.
- Retrieve, track, clean, format, upload, and document new and updated data in a timely manner.
- Work with other members of the division to identify new reporting needs.
- Maintain files and folders as day-to-day records and backups of data coordination activities.
- Generate annual reports and manage initial review of data accuracy.
- Partner with team members to address data entry, record or quality issues related to the databases; organize, coordinate.
- Ensure data coordination documentation and process steps are up to date, including in training materials as needed. Maintain a knowledge base of this documentation.
- Participate in special projects as required relating to quality of data, reporting or queries.
- Other duties as assigned.
This is a full time, hourly, non-exempt position. We offer a full benefits package after 60 days of employment and paid time off immediately.
This position is not eligible for remote work.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions fully and precisely is essential.
- Ability to write clearly and effectively.
- Solid organizational skills: the ability to work productively and accurately.
- Ability to analyze and problem solve independently.
- Familiarity with software programs used to manage and present data.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
