We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help our organization reach its next level of growth. As a BDR, you’ll be responsible for generating new client appointments for our sales team. This role requires an enthusiastic salesperson who is highly driven by identifying and penetrating new accounts. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.
Responsibilities:
· Research and identify potential leads.
· Uncover new business opportunities through prospecting, telemarketing and email marketing.
· Qualify prospective clients on their technology needs.
· Schedule quality sales appointments for our outside sales representatives.
· Consistently meet daily outbound call requirements, weekly appointment quotas and sales goals
· Demonstrate knowledge about our solution offerings while communicating these offerings effectively.
· Update CRM system with activities and opportunity information.
· Assist outside sales team on opportunities as required
Qualifications:
· 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology industry
· Excellent communication skills, with a professional and polished approach
· Hunger to drive new business
· Ability to generate interest, reach decision makers and quickly determine a qualified opportunity
· Experience working in a CRM system is highly desirable
· Strong organization and planning skills with proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite
· Eager, positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
