Job Title – Commercial HVAC Foreman
Pay Rate – 25/H (BOE)
Location: Carlisle
Shift: Mon- Fri 7am to 330pm

-Two years HVAC supervisor experience
-Must have own transportation and basic tools
-Well organized with good leadership qualities
Job Description/Duties
Excellent communication skills
Interacting with colleagues and clients. Will be jobsite point of contact
Study building plans/drawings to plan out installations and determine necessary work aids
Efficiently order necessary material and supplies and coordinate delivery to jobsite
Contracts and coordinates subcontractors
Inventory control
Oversee and monitor quality of work, proper workmanship, installation and timeliness
Maintain a safe job site
Able to assist in field as needed
Must have own basic tools
Reliable transportation and current drivers license
Physical Demands
