Our growing commercial collection agency is seeking a Call Center Manager for our new Austin office. A minimum of 10 years’ combined experience in collections, customer service and call center management is required, with a verifiable performance track record. Hiring, management and training experience is a big plus.
The ideal candidate is upbeat, positive, dedicated, focused, goal oriented and extremely reliable with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The position will require playing an integral role our call center's operational success, including hiring, training, managing, monitoring and motivating our call center team, and reporting directly to the company President.
