Physician Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Physician Liaison to join our dynamic team! As a Physician Liaison, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to promote our services and foster referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to establish and strengthen relationships with physicians, medical groups, and other healthcare providers in the community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of growth and opportunities to expand service offerings to healthcare providers and their patients.
• Organize and conduct in-person meetings with physicians and other healthcare providers to educate them on our services and facilitate referrals.
• Provide prompt follow-up on referrals and ensure seamless communication between healthcare providers and our team.
• Monitor and analyze physician and referral trends, track referral sources and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
• Attend medical conferences and events to represent our organization and promote our services to the medical community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development, with a track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to a variety of audiences. Speaking Arabic is helpful but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus.
