MilliporeSigma is searching for a research Scientist within our Life Science Reagents business field supporting our Specialty Kits and Assays initiative. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual with a strong scientific background and hands-on experience in flow cytometry and antibody/protein biochemistry. The person in this role will be responsible for the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of novel antibody conjugates for flow cytometry applications. The successful candidate will be expected to rely upon their extensive experience and act independently to establish and execute a new flow cytometry antibody conjugate product pipeline. This role will work on assigned projects independently and proactively, completing projects of high quality promptly. Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or other related Life Science discipline
  • 1 years of experience.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Strong knowledge of immunology and flow cytometry
  • Experience in the design of multicolor flow cytometry panels
  • Ability to conceptualize and initiate research projects and oversee the design, execution, and data interpretation
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and overcome technical hurdles independently and methodically
  • Ensure compliance with established company practices and procedures
  • Work independently and as part of multidisciplinary project teams
  • Willingness to lead from the bench by providing mentoring to junior scientists
  • Result-driven and detail-oriented with good time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
