Position Summary :
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist is responsible for unit clerical duties and for supporting the Program Director in implementing effective paper flow and record keeping systems.
Receptionist also performs all administrative, secretarial duties and business office functions.
THIS IS A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT THROUGH 12 / 31 / 24.
Location of Work Site : 401 N Valley Parkway, Lewisville, TX 75067
Qualifications
Requirements :
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; prefer bachelor’s degree.
Experience : Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a healthcare setting.
Additional Requirements : Must be bilingual Spanish. Must have knowledge of medical terminology and must be able to type 45 wpm.
