Your Role on Our Team As a UX Designer, you will exercise design thinking to architect simple, elegant experiences and interfaces from prototype through delivery. Research, design and collaboration will be a daily occurrence as your vision comes to life and continues to be refined. You will collaborate closely with the Sr. UX Designer and Product Managers to round out your vision, tie approach to strategy and be the voice of the user. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Research and analyze complex features and flows to create simplicity Be a key partner in shaping our products by representing the user and demonstrating your vision Re-think, disrupt and optimize existing experiences and processes Help drive decisions on when we should iterate or start fresh with our existing experiences Create UI prototypes ranging from low to high fidelity using industry tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Invision Create consistency by creating and adhering to design patterns Build strong relationships and foster trust through transparency Demonstrate and evangelize UX/UI best practices Work closely with and influence product management, business leadership and cross-functional teams Evangelize our design thinking to other designers, product stakeholders and leadership Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
