Part-time Assistant Manager (24/25 hours per week) needed for successful restaurant in Janesville. This is a well-established restaurant that handles high volumes. Experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

Essential responsibilities:
Ensure FOH team is capable and willing to create an exceptional guest experience on a daily basis.
Able to closely collaborate with General Manager to optimize restaurant sales and profitability.
Able to focus on the details that help create the big picture.
Able to enforce restaurant rules.
Ensure restaurant is clean, functioning, and maintained including closing duties.
Responsible for closing/opening restaurant 3-4 nights/days a week (25/40 hours a week) and able to work weekends.
